Your access, purchase, registration, browsing, or usage of www.iasment.com, the IASment Application, or any of Our Services constitutes your acceptance of this Master Policy Document and binds you legally to every clause herein.

  • Non-Transferable Access: Account access, course enrollment, subscriptions, and digital content rights are strictly non-transferable.
  • Accuracy Of Information: You must provide correct, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
  • Right To Terminate: The Firm may suspend or terminate access for misuse, suspicious activity, impersonation, policy violation, or any attempt to breach security.

3. COURSE PURCHASE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS

  • Purchase Channels: Courses may be purchased through Website, Android App, iOS App, Windows PC App, or other approved sales points.
  • Access Restriction: Regardless of where the User purchases, course content is ONLY accessible through:
    • IASment Windows PC Application
    • IASment Android Application
    • IASment iOS Application and NOT through Website browser.
  • No Claim For Web Access: Users cannot demand browser-based access unless officially released by the Firm.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Single User Only: Your account may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or used simultaneously on unauthorized devices.
  • Monitoring: We may track device IDs, IPs, login patterns, and other usage parameters to detect misuse.
  • Suspension Without Refund: Any piracy attempt, screen recording, unauthorized sharing, or abnormal usage may lead to immediate termination without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Ownership: All videos, texts, notes, PDFs, methods, strategies, tests, and platform assets are proprietary to the Firm.
  • Strict Prohibition: You must not copy, record, screen-capture, download, store, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from our content.
  • Legal Consequences: Violations may lead to civil and criminal liabilities.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • Posting harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Harassing or intimidating faculty, staff, or other learners.
  • Introducing viruses, malware, harmful scripts, or hacking tools.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to servers or secured parts of the system.
  • Misusing public forums, chats, or discussion features.

7. ACADEMIC DISCLAIMERS

  • Non-Affiliation: We are not affiliated with UPSC or any governmental body.
  • No Syllabus Guarantee: We do not guarantee 100% syllabus coverage as interpreted by UPSC.
  • No Exam Prediction: We do not guarantee that any content will appear in actual exams.
  • Supplementary Role: Our courses supplement, not replace, self-study or official material.

8. PERFORMANCE AND RESULT DISCLAIMER

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee rank, marks, selection, or score improvement.

10. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP & DATA TRANSFER

  • Right To Sell: The Firm may sell, transfer, assign, merge, reorganize, or dispose of its business or any part of it without prior notice or approval from Users.
  • Effect On User Data:
    • User data may be transferred to the new owner as part of business assets.
    • Post-transfer handling of data will be governed by the new owner’s policies.
    • The Firm (current ownership) will have no further responsibility after transfer.
  • Future Policies: Users must comply with revised policies introduced by new ownership.

11. SECURITY MEASURES AND LIMITATIONS

  • Safeguards: Encryption, restricted access, monitoring, procedural protections.
  • No Absolute Guarantee: No system is impenetrable—breaches may occur due to external factors.
  • User Responsibility: Secure your device, maintain updated software, and avoid sharing credentials.

12. DATA RETENTION

  • Default Retention: User data is retained while account is active and for at least three years thereafter.
  • Adjustments: Retention period may change for legal, audit, or operational reasons.

13. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Physical vs Digital Products:
    • Digital products are delivered via official applications only.
    • Physical products (if offered) are shipped through approved courier partners.
  • Serviceable Locations:
    • Physical delivery currently available within India only.
    • Unserviceable location orders may be cancelled.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • May be included or added separately; subject to change.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Estimated times are approximations, not guarantees.
  • Inspection Requirement:
    • Users must refuse tampered/damaged packages at delivery.
    • Claims must be made within 24 hours with proof.
  • Tracking:
    • Tracking IDs are provided for physical shipments.

14. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Digital Products:
    • Cancellation allowed only if requested within 12 hours AND before activation.
    • Once access is available, no cancellation possible.
  • Physical Products:
    • Cancellation allowed only before order processing/shipping.
  • Non-Cancellable Items:
    • Discounted, promotional, special-offer, festival-offer products.
    • Products shipped or already processed.

15. REFUND POLICY

  • Digital Products:
    • No refunds under any circumstances except duplicate payments.
  • Physical Products:
    • Refunds may be permitted only if:
      • Incorrect item delivered
      • Item materially differs from description
      • Product damaged, provided user refused delivery
  • Return Window:
    • Must request return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund Holdbacks:
    • Processing fees, gateway charges, administrative expenses may be deducted.
  • Refund Not Applicable For:
    • User dissatisfaction
    • Personal reasons
    • Technical issues on user’s device
    • Misunderstanding of features
    • Exam postponements/cancellations
    • Access issues due to SaaS outages
  • Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds may take 15–21 working days.

16. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND MISCONDUCT

  • Fraudulent Activities:
    • Chargeback fraud, misuse, multi-device sharing, piracy attempts, or identity fraud may lead to termination without refund.
  • Legal Action:
    • The Firm reserves the right to initiate civil/criminal proceedings.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

  • The Firm is not liable for non-performance due to conditions beyond its reasonable control, including:
    • Natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, terrorism
    • Government restrictions
    • Internet/service outages
    • Server failures from third-party providers
    • Pandemics, epidemics
    • Power failures or infrastructure breakdowns

18. MODIFICATIONS AND FUTURE-UPDATES CLAUSE

  • Right To Update: The Firm may modify any part of this Master Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Binding Updates: Continued use signifies acceptance of all changes.
  • Future Compatibility: Users may be required to accept updated versions to continue using Services.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • Applicable Law: Indian law governs this document.
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes fall under courts in the Firm’s registered regional location.
