3. COURSE PURCHASE AND ACCESS CONDITIONS
- Purchase Channels: Courses may be purchased through Website, Android App, iOS App, Windows PC App, or other approved sales points.
- Access Restriction: Regardless of where the User purchases, course content is ONLY accessible through:
- IASment Windows PC Application
- IASment Android Application
- IASment iOS Application and NOT through Website browser.
- No Claim For Web Access: Users cannot demand browser-based access unless officially released by the Firm.
4. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESTRICTIONS
- Single User Only: Your account may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or used simultaneously on unauthorized devices.
- Monitoring: We may track device IDs, IPs, login patterns, and other usage parameters to detect misuse.
- Suspension Without Refund: Any piracy attempt, screen recording, unauthorized sharing, or abnormal usage may lead to immediate termination without refund.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Ownership: All videos, texts, notes, PDFs, methods, strategies, tests, and platform assets are proprietary to the Firm.
- Strict Prohibition: You must not copy, record, screen-capture, download, store, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from our content.
- Legal Consequences: Violations may lead to civil and criminal liabilities.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Posting harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
- Harassing or intimidating faculty, staff, or other learners.
- Introducing viruses, malware, harmful scripts, or hacking tools.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform.
- Attempting unauthorized access to servers or secured parts of the system.

7. ACADEMIC DISCLAIMERS
- Non-Affiliation: We are not affiliated with UPSC or any governmental body.
- No Syllabus Guarantee: We do not guarantee 100% syllabus coverage as interpreted by UPSC.
- No Exam Prediction: We do not guarantee that any content will appear in actual exams.

13. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- Physical vs Digital Products:
- Digital products are delivered via official applications only.
- Physical products (if offered) are shipped through approved courier partners.
- Serviceable Locations:
- Physical delivery currently available within India only.
- Unserviceable location orders may be cancelled.
- Shipping Costs:
- May be included or added separately; subject to change.
- Delivery Timeline:
- Estimated times are approximations, not guarantees.
- Inspection Requirement:
- Users must refuse tampered/damaged packages at delivery.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours with proof.
- Tracking:
- Tracking IDs are provided for physical shipments.
14. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Digital Products:
- Cancellation allowed only if requested within 12 hours AND before activation.
- Once access is available, no cancellation possible.
- Physical Products:
- Cancellation allowed only before order processing/shipping.
- Non-Cancellable Items:
- Discounted, promotional, special-offer, festival-offer products.

15. REFUND POLICY

- No refunds under any circumstances except duplicate payments.
- Physical Products:
- Refunds may be permitted only if:

- Chargeback fraud, misuse, multi-device sharing, piracy attempts, or identity fraud may lead to termination without refund.
- Legal Action:
- The Firm reserves the right to initiate civil/criminal proceedings.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
- The Firm is not liable for non-performance due to conditions beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Internet/service outages
- Server failures from third-party providers
- Pandemics, epidemics
- Power failures or infrastructure breakdowns
18. MODIFICATIONS AND FUTURE-UPDATES CLAUSE

- Binding Updates: Continued use signifies acceptance of all changes.
